During the month of July 2017, Hurst is offering a rebate on all qualifying products purchased from Hurst
Shifters Online*. These purchases must be made between July 1st, 2017 and July 31st, 2017.
*NOTE: Hurst Shifters Online is an independent seller of Hurst Shifters and is not affiliated with B&M
Racing or Hurst Performance in California.
Rebate Offer Terms:
1. The purchase of any Hurst product(s) of $150.00 to $299.99 will receive a $25.00 rebate.
2. The purchase of any Hurst product(s) between $300.00 and $499.99 will receive a $50.00 rebate.
3. The purchase of any Hurst product(s) of $500.00 or more will receive a $75.00 rebate.
4. Limit one rebate per household.
5. Product(s) must be purchased from Hurst Shifters Online and on the same invoice.
6. Allow 8 to 10 weeks to receive rebate. Rebate paid in the form of a gift card.
7. REBATE ONLY VALID ON CURRENT PRODUCTION HURST PRODUCTS.
REBATE DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY ITEM WITH PRICE ENDING IN .95
To receive a rebate from Hurst you must:
1. Purchase a qualifying Hurst product(s) during the time frame listed above.
2. A copy of this rebate form must be post marked by August 31st, 2017.
3. This offer is only good in the USA and Canada.
4. A copy of the original receipt from Hurst Shifters Online must be submitted with this rebate
form.
5. Include the box label for part number and UPC verification. Cut the label off of the box.
